What’s your work-life philosophy?
I once saw a meme on a social media site that read: “…if you were to die today, you would be replaced within a week…” It was then when I realized that a healthy work-life balance is crucial. Spend quality time with your family by making beautiful memories; and during work hours put in your best. Own it! Take pride! Just remember— you can’t do both at the same time!

What is the best professional advice you would give?
No matter how well you think you know your job, never assume anything. Usually when you assume your outcome isn’t exactly what you’re expecting, causing double efforts. When in doubt, ask questions to clarify. Lastly, when you are listening to others, ensure you are listening to understand, NOT TO RESPOND.
